THE RESEARCH IS CLEAR
Music isn't just nice to have - it's neuroscience
These aren't wellness claims. They're findings from large-scale peer-reviewed research. Music, singing and movement are amongst the most powerful evidence-informed tools for healthy ageing available to all of us.

39% Lower Dementia Risk
A Monash University study of 10,800+ older Australians found regular music listening linked to a 39% lower risk of developing dementia.

WHO WE SERVE
Sue — The Reconnector
75 · Sunshine Coast
Recently widowed, Sue was looking for ways to feel connected again and rediscover the joy in her days. Music sessions and community events gave her a social world that lit her up from the inside.
Susan — The Lifelong Learner
65 · Sunshine Coast
Always curious, Susan started piano tuition to keep her mind sharp and do something purely for herself. She loves that learning feels exciting at 65 — and that the research backs up every session.
Paul — The Pre-Retiree
55 · Queensland
Heading towards retirement, Paul wants to get his lifestyle right now — not later. He attends seminars and events to pick up practical health knowledge while building the social community he'll lean on.
Three Quarter Time is designed for Australians over 50 who want to live fully
— not just longer, but better.
